About Natalie
Natalie works alongside individuals and couples navigating infertility and IVF, women’s health transitions, FIFO relationships, burnout, overwhelm, and significant life changes.
Her approach is steady, collaborative and practical.
She creates a space where experiences can be spoken about honestly, without judgment or pressure to “have it all together.”
Natalie focuses on helping people make sense of what they are carrying, strengthen their internal supports, and move forward in ways that feel grounded, sustainable and aligned with their values.
Natalie's Counselling Approach
Natalie understands that healing and growth are not linear and that no two journeys are the same. Her work is tailored to each person’s goals, circumstances and pace, with care taken to honour their readiness and capacity at every stage.
She recognises that clients are the experts in their own lives and supports them to set the direction for their sessions. Working from a trauma-informed, person-centred foundation, Natalie helps people connect with their inner strengths and choose a path forward that feels sustainable and self-determined, including how often and for how long they engage in counselling.
My favourite thing about being a counsellor:
Natalie finds meaning in working alongside people who may feel overwhelmed or uncertain, supporting them to reconnect with their own inner resources and find a way forward that feels steady and authentic. She holds the belief that every person is capable and inherently worthy of understanding. Her role is to listen deeply, create safety, and help clients feel genuinely heard.
My most impressive achievement:
What shapes her practice is the integration of lived experience, leadership coaching, and counselling training.
A mid-life career transition alongside frequent interstate moves with her FIFO partner has deepened her understanding of change, resilience and growth through discomfort
One Quirky Fact:
Outside of the therapy room, Natalie is an enthusiastic cookbook collector who prefers to “freestyle” in the kitchen with mixed results, but a well-stocked bookshelf.
