Alcohol & Addiction Recovery
Confidential, non-judgemental counselling for alcohol use, recovery and relapse prevention, with support available for partners and family members too. In South Perth and online across Australia.
Alcohol use and recovery can look different for everyone. You might recognise some of these.
For adults, and for the partners and family members around them.
Alcohol use that's affecting your health, relationships, work or sense of yourself.
Support to maintain the changes you've already made, and manage the moments that put them at risk.
Support for the people around someone with alcohol use issues, not just the person drinking.
Recognising what's putting recovery at risk before it takes hold again.
A calm, non-judgemental space to talk about it openly.
Working out what a steady, sustainable way forward looks like for you.
Talk openly about what's happening without fear of judgement.
Recognise triggers and patterns, and build strategies that hold up under pressure.
Support for the people around you too, not just individual work.
Drawing on motivational interviewing, ACT and solution-focused approaches.
Alcohol and addiction recovery counselling is offered by Ken Byrne.
