A Bit About Ken
What I value about being a counsellor:
I value seeing people move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to having greater clarity and direction. Supporting that shift, in a way that feels steady and achievable, is what matters most to me in this work.
What is unique about me as a counsellor:
My background in philosophy shapes how I understand people, allowing me to explore not just what is happening, but why it matters and how it fits into your broader life. This helps create a more thoughtful and considered approach, where we look beyond surface-level solutions to build deeper, lasting change.
My most impressive achievements:
Supporting individuals through addiction recovery and seeing them rebuild stability in their lives
One quirky fact about me:
I enjoy quiet evenings with music, good food, and time to reflect.
What to Expect in Your First Session
Your first session is a chance to talk through what’s been happening in a calm and supportive space. There is no pressure to have everything figured out.
We will explore what has brought you here, what feels most important right now, and what you would like support with. From there, we can begin to shape a direction that feels manageable and right for you.
You can move at your own pace, and the focus is on helping you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.

You don’t have to have it all figured out
If something here feels familiar, this may be a good place to start. You can take this at your own pace, with support that meets you where you are.
