Billing policy
Discovery Family Therapy is a private billing practice.

Cancellation / non-attendance policy
We encourage you to keep your appointment, but the following fees apply if you cannot make it by video/phone or in person.

Fees for cancellations/reschedules are required for all bookings within 48 hours of the appointment.
Failure to cancel or attend your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
