Billing policy
Discovery Family Therapy is a private billing practice.

Cancellation / non-attendance policy
We encourage you to keep your appointment but if there is no way to make it by video/phone or in-person the following fees apply.

Fees for cancellations/reschedules: 24hrs notice is $140.00

Booking  fee: 

A $20.00 booking fee applies to all our online bookings.
Deposit is 100% refundable if appointment cancelled more than 24 hours notice.
