Meet Our Team
Our team at Discovery Family Therapy is a collective of aligned practitioners and care professionals who work together so families feel supported, not shuffled between services. Alongside our counsellors and allied practitioners, our Client Care Coordinator and Family Support Navigator help families navigate systems, access the right supports, and reduce the overwhelm that often extends beyond the therapy room.

Family Counselling Therapy
At Discovery, we are a dedicated team of Counselling professionals who strive to deliver exceptional counselling services to our clients. We offer a wide range of therapies and techniques. Our team comes from a wide variety of personal and professional backgrounds and is highly specialised to meet your needs!
South Perth Counselling
Our therapeutic space offers two counselling rooms for children, teens, adults, and couples or family sessions.
Our therapy rooms create a safe and comfortable space where you can explore your concerns with your counsellor.
FIFO or remote working environments can cause limitations in service delivery.
Discovery Family Therapy offers online and phone sessions to ensure you are supported where ever in Australia you are.
Joondalup Family Counselling
Our clinic in Joondalup is easily accessible from Burns Beach, Kinross, Iluka, Currambine, Edgewater, Mullaloo, Beldon, etc.
Tracy Rattray specialises in couples, FIFO relationships and grief and loss.
