Teen Therapy and Counselling
Teens and young people may need help to talk to their grown-ups about concerns or the events shaping them. We offer a safe space for young people to explore their world and find ways to work through their emotions. We provide young people with tools to look after their mental health and develop safety plans for those difficult times. Safety plans are unique to each young person and designed with the young person’s environment in mind.
Parent and Caregiver Support:
Counselling Therapy is always more effective when consistent support is provided throughout a young person’s life. At Discovery, we work hand in hand with grown-ups providing a supportive space to talk about worries and work on parenting strategies that can be implemented at home.
