Discovery Program
This evidence-based program offers a fun and safe space for students to learn how to identify, regulate, articulate their emotions, listen to triggers, and challenge negative thinking.

Discovery Program
Our evidence-based Program offers a fun and safe space for students to learn how to respond to life's struggles using positive mental health strategies.
We teach simple strength-based approaches that children can use in everyday settings.
When therapeutic strategies become part of our automatic responses, we can overcome struggles quickly.
With this in mind, we work with families to communicate the session content and encourage families to model these approaches at home.
